In Broward County’s picturesque golf course setting, the Hollybrook Golf and Tennis Club — a sprawling mid-rise community with 1,902 condominium units — faced an all-too-familiar challenge: old, leaking roofs and rising insurance pressures. Our assessment revealed that while the roofs were aged and suffering from active leaks, the underlying systems were viable candidates for restoration.
