Client Review: J. M. Field Marketing has 10 buildings in our office park for more than 30 years, so this is not out first roofing experience, but boy was it night and day difference from the previous roofing experiences. My first call to Cool Roof got an immediate response, phone call, email, and proposal. You can see from the photos that my roof was in “not great” shape. These folks showed up when they said, they must have sent a crew of 25 or so, with 5 or 6 trucks and they had the equipment to do the job right. I asked to go up and check out the work mid-way through and if our roof had an issue, they cut it out and brought the roof back to perfect. They took the time to cover the cars and the cars of my neighbors- clearly this was very well thought out and not their first time. They finished on the day that they promised with not one hiccup- at all. I can’t recommend them enough.
